Hello everyone, we hope you are all well.
We are delighted to announce that from June, Nicola will be taking on the role of Volunteer and Activity Coordinator for the centre. This is an exciting development that will lead to many more opportunities within the centre for volunteering for both people referred to us, and the wider community. There may be some gaps in the timetable in the short-term, but Nicola is working hard to fill those by engaging with externals providers and volunteers.
This is the first step to hopefully reopening our cafe soon and increasing our capacity to support the people of County Durham. We are recruiting for a Cafe Supervisor, and you can view more info about that role and how to apply via this link. We can’t wait to see how things are going to change in the upcoming months!
